What sectors do we cover?  These are mainly in the provision of services - Professional Services; Third Sector Organisations; Financial Services including Banking; Non-Food Retail; Leisure; and IT Service Providers.  We have also done important work with Public Sector service organisations.  Due to the nature of our involvement the list of sectors covered continues to expand and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

What sort of clients do we support?  From multinationals who want specific programmes managed to delivery, to small businesses seeking strategic thinking and creative input.  We have also recently developed significant planning capabilities for Third Sector organisations to assist in their funding bids.

Much of our work is in the private sector assuring significant process changes to deliver performance improvements.  We also have experience working with Public Sector bodies in areas of process redesign, performance management and international development.
